Products Needed:
1 cup wheat flour 1/2 lb peeled pumpkin 1 tbsp sugar 4 tbsp vegetable oil greens

Directions: Cut pumpkin into slices, and cook over water bath until ready. Force through a sieve, add sugar, rice flour, and mix until of a good spreading consistency. Roll dough out into a long bar, and cut into 20 pieces, working them oval shaped.
Fry fritters in the pre-heated to 360 °F (180 °C) oil on each side until golden crust.
When serving, garnish with greens.
