Products Needed:
4 oz (100 g) chocolate
3 eggs
5 tbsp butter
5 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp zest
2 cups chantily cream (see the recipe)
Directions:

– Melt the chocolate over water bath. Add butter and sugar. Stir.

– Separate the egg-whites and yolks.

– Pour the yolks into the chocolate mixture, whip, add part of the zest and mix.

– Whip the egg-whites.

– Combine the egg-whites with the chocolate mixture and pour into the individual dishes. Cool.

- Pour the chantily, decorate with chocolate and zest and serve.
