Products Needed:
5 cups milk 2 cups thick cream 1 cup chopped pistachios and hazelnuts 2 tbsp rice wheat flour sugar, ground nutmeg and lemon zest, to taste

Directions: – Pour 2 cups of cold milk to the flour.
– Warm up the rest of the milk and cream, add the hazelnuts and pour milk in the flour, stirring continuously. Add sugar and boil until thicken.
– Pour the cream into the cream-bowls and allow to cool.
– Decorate with the whipped cream, candied fruit , caramel and mint leaves when serving.
