Products Needed:
2 tsp vanilla sugar 2 tbsp gelatin 1/2 cup water 1 lb (250 g) cream cheese 1 cup chantily cream (see the recipe)4 oz (100 g) strawberries 4 oz (100 g) red currants 4 oz (100 g) raspberries

Directions: – Dissolve the vanilla sugar in water. Dissolve the gelatin, pour into the aromatized water and warm up.
– Remove the vanilla mixture from heat and stir in the cheese. Whip and cool.
– Rinse the berries, dice the strawberries. Combine the berries with the chantily cream.
- Add the cheese paste to the chantily with berries and mix. Put the paste into the mould and cool.
– Remove the mould. Decorate with the berries, caramel and mint leaves and serve with the raspberry coulis,
