8 egg yolks
2 cups red wine
powdered sugar
2 cups thick cream
Directions:
– Grind the yolks over water bath . Add the powdered sugar, wine and continue grinding.

– Remove from water bath and beat up until the paste cools down.

– Whip the cream and pour into the egg paste.

– Pour the mixture into the individual dishes and keep in the refrigerator for 5 hours.

– When serving remove the dishes and decorate with the sugared strawberries and syrup.
