2 cups sugar and vanilla sugar to taste
1 cup water
Directions:

2 lb (850 g)

– Combine the sugar with vanilla sugar and water, boil stirring over low heat until thick.

- When the syrup is ready, beat the egg-whites. Beat in the egg-whites into the syrup carefully. Continue beating until cools down.
