1 ¾ lb (800 g ice-cream
2 tbsp sugar
3/4 cup milk
2 tbsp cognac
2 egg yolks
ground nutmeg, to taste
Directions:
Grind the yolks with sugar, add the nutmeg and dissolve with hot milk. Boil until thickens stirring continuously, cool and pour in the cognac.

– Put the ice cream into the ice-cream bowls, cover with the cooled cognac sauce, decorate with the chocolate, caramel and mint leaves.
