– Stone and cut the cherries. Beat chantilly with the cream
(see the recipe)
– Add the vodka and cut cherry to the softened vanilla ice. Mix carefully and cool.
- Cover the bottom and sides of the basin with the softened raspberry ice-cream.
- Fill the middle with the cherry ice-cream and put the basin in the deep-freezer.
– Unmould the cake before serving. Decorate with the mint leaves and raspberries and serve with the raspberry coulis and chantilly cream.
