– Melt the butter, add the flour and salt. Stir in the hot milk, add the sugar and boil until thickens. Separate the egg-whites and yolks.
– Grind the vanilla sugar with the yolks and stir in slowly into the hot mixture. Put in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
– Butter a baking pan and sprinkle with the sugar powder.
– Whip the egg-whites until light and fluffy, pour into the mixture carefully and mix. Put the mixture into the baking pan and place in a pre-heated oven for 30 minutes.
- Serve hot. Separately serve the strawberry syrup.
