– Sift the flour, add yolks, yeast, butter, pinch of salt and mix. Pour in the beer stirring continuously. Place the dough in a warm place until it rises.
– Peel and core the apples without cutting them, slice the apples into rings and sprinkle with the sugar.
– Whip the egg-whites and pour into the beer dough.
– Dip the apple rings into the dough and fry them in deep fat.
– Sprinkle the apples with the sugar powder and serve with the raspberry coulis (see the recipe).
