Products Needed:
1 cup wheat flour 2 egg yolks 1 tsp yeast 2 tbsp butter 1 cup beer 6 appless 1/2 cup sugar 3 egg whites 2 tbsp powdered sugar salt, to taste 1 cup vegetable oil

Directions: – Sift the flour, add yolks, yeast, butter, pinch of salt and mix. Pour in the beer stirring continuously. Place the dough in a warm place until it rises.
– Peel and core the apples without cutting them, slice the apples into rings and sprinkle with the sugar.
– Whip the egg-whites and pour into the beer dough.
– Dip the apple rings into the dough and fry them in deep fat.
– Sprinkle the apples with the sugar powder and serve with the raspberry coulis (see the recipe).
