Whip eggs, and mix with flour. Knead dough, roll it flat, and cut into 2x0.5 inch rectangles.
Fry dough in the preheated to 356 °F (180 °C) oil for 3-4 minutes until golden crust.
Cook a dense syrup of sugar and 1/2 cup of water. Let chill to 90 °F (30 °C).
Place fried cookies and chopped pickled fruits into the syrup, and mix well. Transfer to a mold, and leave in a cool place to firm. Dice the paste.
