1/2 cup wheat wheat flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder for the pastry and 3 tbsp for the chocolate glaze
2 eggs
7 tbsp butter for the pastry and 5 tbsp for the chocolate glaze
2 tbsp milk
1/4 tsp salt
3 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Directions:
– Grind the butter with sugar to form smooth paste, add the flour, salt, cacao, eggs and beat. Put into a cake tin and bake for 35 minutes. Cool without unmoulding.

– To prepare chocolate glaze melt the butter, combine with the cacao powder, mix, add the milk, sugar powder and bring to the boil.

– Coat the chocolate cake with the glaze, cut into the pastries. Decorate with the nuts and chocolate sauce (see the recipe) .
