– Grind the butter with sugar to form smooth paste, add the flour, salt, cacao, eggs and beat. Put into a cake tin and bake for 35 minutes. Cool without unmoulding.
– To prepare chocolate glaze melt the butter, combine with the cacao powder, mix, add the milk, sugar powder and bring to the boil.
– Coat the chocolate cake with the glaze, cut into the pastries. Decorate with the nuts and chocolate sauce (see the recipe) .
