Products Needed:
1/2 cup wheat flour 2 tbsp cocoa powder 3 tbsp butter for the pastry and 4 tbsp for the cream 3 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp vanilla sugar for the pastry and 1 tsp for the cream 2 eggs 3 tbsp milk for the pastry and 4 tbsp for the cream 5 tbsp powdered sugar

Directions: – Grind the softened butter with sugar to form a smooth paste, add the beaten eggs, flour, milk, cacao powder, vanilla sugar and whip. Fill 5 baking forms with the pastry, leaving the half headspace, and bake for 20 minutes. Cool.
– Beat the butter with the half of the sugar powder, add milk, the rest of the sugar powder, vanilla sugar and beat until homogeneous.
– Unmould the pastries, cut off the tops and cut out the butterflies. Decorate with the jam, cream and lime zest.
