Products Needed:
2 cups wheat flour 1 tbsp powdered sugar 1/3 lb (160 g) butter 5 eggs salt, to taste 2 cups water

Directions: 2 lb (1 kg)
– Melt the butter in slightly salted water, add the flour, sugar and warm up, stirring continuously, over low heat to form a smooth paste.
– Remove from heat, cool down to 140oF (60oC) and beat in the eggs one at a time.
– Bake the custard pastries at 360oF (180oC).
