5 egg yolks
1 cup powdered sugar
2 cups milk
vanilla sugar, to taste
Directions:

1 ½ lb (750 g)

– Combine the yolks with the vanilla sugar and mix. Add the sugar powder and beat until the sugar dissolves.

– Bring the milk to the boil, add the yolk mixture, stirring continuously. Cool.
