1 lb (400 g) puff pastry dough (see the recipe)
1/2 cup chopped pistachios
1 cup non-sweet chantilly cream (see the recipe)
2 cups anglais crème *(see the recipe)
3 tbsp gelatin
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 cup chocolate sauce (see the recipe)
Directions:
– Roll out the pastry into the thin square layers and bake. Cut the cakes into 2x4 inch (5x10 cm) squares. Cool.

– Combine the anglais crème with the pistachios and beat.

– Dissolve the gelatin, add the pistachio anglais crème, mix, sprinkle with the pistachios and serve with the cold chocolate sauce.
