– Roll out the pastry into a thin layer and halve, put on the baking trays, stab and bake for 15 minutes at 360
oF (180
oC).
– Cream: combine the beaten yolks with the honey and flour, pour carefully into the boiling milk and boil over low heat, stirring continuously. Add butter, mix and cool.
– Cut every layer into 4 equal parts, cream and put them on each other.
– Sprinkle with the sugar powder, decorate with the melted honey, zest and mint leaves.
