½ lb (250 g) butter
1/2 cup sugar and 1 tsp vanilla sugar
5 egg yolks
1/2 cup water
Directions:

1 lb (550 g)

– Add the sugar to water and boil the syrup over average heat.

– Beat the yolks over water bath. Add syrup and beat until smooth and fluffy.

– Little by little stir in the softened butter. Add flavors. Cool.
