2/3 lb (300 g) short pastry dough (see the recipe)
5 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup lemon juice
1 cup thick cream
Directions:
– Roll out the pastry, put into a baking pan and stab.

– Foil the cake, sprinkle with the dry beans. Bake the flan 15-20 minutes at 370o (190oC).

– Beat the eggs with sugar, pour the lemon juice. Beat the cream and combine with the egg and sugar mixture

– Remove the beans and foil. Fill the flat with the stuffing and bake shortly

- Decorate with the zest, lemon and orange slices, and mint leaves
