– Add the sugar, salt, coarse diced butter to the flour and mix. Add the yolk, vanilla sugar, mix again and form a ball. Cool for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the pastry, put into a baking pan and bake until ready, reduce the heat.
– Cream: beat all the ingredients (sugar, 3 eggs, cream, lemon juice and zest), put on the baked pancake and place the baking pan into the oven for 15 minutes.
– Decorate the cake with lemon slices and zest.
