1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tbsp gelatin
2 1/2 cups water
4 tbsp fruit or berry juice
Directions:
1 lb (500 g)

– Soak the gelatin in the boiled cold water and set aside for 40-50 minutes.

– Bring the water with sugar to the boil, remove scum and cool to 100-140oF (40-60oC). Add the swollen gelatin and stir until dissolves. Strain the jelly nad add the juice.
