Products Needed:
½ lb (225 g) ground almonds 2 cups powdered sugar 2 tbsp wheat wheat flour 3 egg yolks 5 tbsp butter 6 egg whites salt, to taste

Directions: 1 1/3 lb (750 g)
– Combine the almonds with sugar powder, add the flour. Beat in the yolks.
– Melt the butter and beat in to the paste. Beat the egg-whites with salt until the volume increases, add them to the almond mixture.
- Pour the pastry on a parchment papered baking tray and bake for 20 minutes at 360oF (180oC).
