Products Needed:
1 cup wheat wheat flour 4 tbsp butter 2-3 tbsp sultana 4 tbsp sugar 1 egg salt, to taste 1 tsp vanilla sugar

Directions: – Beat the butter with sugar, add the egg, flour, sultana, vanilla sugar and salt. Mix.
– Form a ball and set the pastry aside for 1-2 hours.
– Form the balls of the pastry, put on a buttered baking sheet , brush with liaison and bake for 20 minutes.
– Serve the galettes with the strawberry jam.
