¾ lb (300 g) short pastry dough (see the recipe)
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp butter
2 eggs
3/4 cup light beer
2 tbsp pistachios
Directions:
– Roll out the pastry, put in a baking pan and stab. Sprinkle with the sugar.

– Cut the butter into bars and put evenly over the sugar. Beat the eggs. Add the beer and mix. Pour the mixture into the baking pan with the pastry. Bake for 30 minutes over average heat.

- Unmold the pie and sprinkle with the pistachios before serving.
