Products Needed:
1/2 cup wheat and 1/2 cup rye wheat flour 5 tbsp butter 1/4 cup sugar for the pastry and 5 tbsp for the cream 3 tbsp water 5 appless 2 tbsp lemon juice 4 tbsp apricot jam, to brush 1 cup thick cream

Directions: – Add the butter, sugar, water to the flour and mix. Put the pastry in a baking pan.
– Peel and core the apples, slice and pour with the lemon juice. Put on the pastry, sprinkle with the sugar and bake for 35 minutes.
– Brush the hot flan with the jam. Decorate with the mint leaves and serve with the beaten cream
