– Mix the yeast with warm milk, 1 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp flour. Set aside for 20 minutes. Combine with the remaining flour and sugar, eggs, butter, salt ingredients with the paste.
– Fill a buttered round baking pan with the pastry, put it in a warm place to let the pastry rise.
– Bake for 20 minutes.
– Syrup: warm up the honey with water, add the rum. Pour the syrup on the baba au rhum and set aside for soaking.
– Put the baba on a serving dish, decorate with the grapes, caramel, chocolate and the remaining syrup.
