1/3 lb (150 gm) boiled fish fillet (cod, trout or sea perch) 2 potatos 2 fresh or salted cucumbers 2 fresh tomatoeses 3 tbsp tinned green peas 1 oz (30 gm) spring onion 1 oz (30 gm) lettuce 1 cup mayonnaise greens for garnish spices to taste | Directions: Slice potato, cucumbers and tomatoes finely, dice boned fish fillet evenly. Combine the prepared products, add green peas, shredded onion and lettuce and dress with mayonnaise. Garnish with fish and vegetable slices and greens. |
