½ tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 lb (250 g) frozen raspberries, strawberries or black currants
1 cup plain yoghurt
1 tablepoons honey
1 egg white
Directions:
– Mix the mashed berries with the lemon juice, honey and yogurt. Beat the egg-white until the foam is stable and combine with the mixture. Pour the mixture into a frost-proof cup and put in the freezer for 3 hours. Stir occasionally

- Put the ice-cream into the moulds or bowls. Decorate with the berries
