2/3 lb (300 gm) fine salt
7 clove buds
2 tsp ground nutmeg
2 bay leafs
1 pot ground chili pepper
1 tbsp each basil and thyme, dried
2 tsp ground black peppercorn
2 tsp gound cinnamon
Directions:
Mince cloves together with bay leaf and mix with salt, black pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg, add chili pepper, thyme and basil.

Put the prepared mix on a baking tray and dry in preheated oven over low heat.

Pound clove buds together with bay leaf. Add salt, black pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg, chili pepper, тимьян and basil.

Dry the mix on baking tray in an oven over a low heat.
