5 green tomatoeses 1 green sweet pepper 1 tbsp chopped coriander greens 1 tbsp chopped parsley greens 3 cloves garlic salt to taste | Directions: Cut tomatoes into slices and simmer over the low heat, stirring constantly, until the mass thickens. Force the hot tomato mass through a strainer, add ground garlic, chopped sweet pepper and greens.
