1/2 cup cottage cheese
2 cups heavy cream
1 pickled cucumber
1 carrot
1 apples
1 tsp chopped capers
salt, ground black peppercorn to taste
Directions:
Grate carrot and apple. Dice cucumber.

Mix curds with cream, add the carrot and apple, stir. Add cucumber, capers, salt and pepper.

Cool before serving.
