2 cups cream
2 egg yolks
3 tbsp grated cheese
3 1/3 oz (40 gm) spring onion
2 tbsp potato starch
1 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste
Directions:
Warm cream on water bath, add egg yolks, starch, salt and lemon juice. Warm for 5 minutes and cool.

Before serving add cheese and onion.
