Products Needed:
1/3 lb (150 gm) grated horseradish root root 1 beet 2 cups 6% vinegar 1 cup water 1 tsp sugar 2 tbsp salt

Directions: Cut beet into stripes.
Add horseradish to hot water and let stand until the water cools. Add vinegar, beet, salt, sugar and stir.
