5 tomatoeses
1 onion
1 tbs p butter
1 bay leaf
chopped thyme and parsley leaves
salt, sugar and ground black peppercorn to taste
Directions:
Scald tomatoes with hot water, peel them, remove seeds and cut into slices. Dice onion.

Melt butter, add the tomatoes, onion, greens, sugar, salt, pepper. Simmer over a low heat for 20 minutes. Then force the sauce through a strainer and cool.
