Products Needed:
¾ lb (300 g) noodles, vermicelli or macaroni 2 cups cottage cheese 3 cups water 1 egg 2 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp butter 1 tbsp margarine 1 tbsp breadcrumbs 1 tbsp sour cream for brushing and 2/3 cup sour cream for serving salt

Directions: - Pour the noodles into slightly salted boiling water, stir, bring to boil, reduce the heat and boil until ready. Water should be absorbed by the noodles, the paste is to be sticky. Cool the noodles to 160oF (70oC)
– Press the cottage cheese through a sieve, mix with the noodles, add the butter and the egg pounded with sugar. Mix the paste well and put in a margarine smeared and crumbed frying pan. Even the surface, brush with the sour cream and bake the noodle pudding at 410oF (210oC) until golden brown
– Cut in portions and dress with the sour cream or butter when serving
