1 cup wheat flour
1 cup jam
3 cups milk or water
1 egg
1 tbsp sugar
salt
1 tsp melted butter
1 tbsp powdered sugar
Directions:
– Pound the egg with salt, sugar, add half of the milk norm, flour and mix well. Beat in the rest of milk. Strain the pastry.

– Pour thin layer of the pastry in a thick bottom frying pan and bake both sides until golden brown

– Fold the blintzes double or in four, put in a plate, dress with the jam and sprinkle with the powdered sugar
