Products Needed:
½ lb (250 g) hard cheese 4 boiled eggs 10-12 lettuce leaves 1/2 cup sour cream 1 tsp mustard parsley greens ground black ground pepper salt

Directions: Pound the finely chopped eggs, salt, pepper, mustard and sour cream, add in grated cheese and mix well.
Rinse and drain the lettuce leaves. Make the ‘bags’ and stuff with the cheese paste.
Arrange the ‘bags’ on a serving dish and garnish with fresh vegetables and greens.
