Products Needed:
¼ lb (100 g) pasta * ½ lb (200 g) ham or smoked sausage ½ lb(200 g) cauliflower 1 carrot 2 oz (40 g) celery root 4-6 tbsp mayonnaise 1 tsp mustard dill greens salt

Directions: Boil the pasta in salted water, strain off and chill. Peel the celery and carrot, dice and simmer in some water. Separate the cauliflower into florets and boil in salted water.
Combine the chilled vegetables and pasta with the thinly shredded ham or sausage.
Dress the salad with the mayonnaise mixed with mustard.
Garnish with greens when serving.
