Products Needed:
2-3 sweet peppers 3 tomatoeses 2 cucumbers ¼ lb (100 g) brynza 1 onion 4 tbsp vegetable oil 1 tbsp 3% vinegar 1 hot ground pepper parsley greens salt

Directions: Bake, seed, skin and cut fine the peppers. Rinse and dice the tomatoes and cucumbers. Cut the onion into half-rings and mash with the salt.
Combine the prepared ingredients, season with the salt and finely chopped greens, dress with the oil and vinegar mixture, toss. Put the salad in a bowl or individual plates. Grate the brynza and sprinkle the salad. Cut the hot pepper into rings and garnish the salad.
