Rinse, drain and shred the lettuce leaves. Blend the cheese, salt, pepper, lemon juice, half of the oil and dress the lettuce.
Dice the bread and chop the garlic. Fry bread and garlic in the remaining oil over low heat. Remove from the frying pan and pour with the slightly whipped egg yolks right away. Mix well and chill.
Combine all the components and toss. Garnish with greens before serving.
