¼ lb (100 g) spring onions 1 cup hard cheese, grated 1 cup rice, boiled 1/2 cup sour cream 1 tbsp lemon juice 4 tomatoeses 1 cucumber parsley greens salt ground black ground pepper | Directions: Mix the cheese with the sour cream, finely chopped spring onions, salt and pepper. Combine the cheese paste with the rice and toss.
Put the salad into a bowl, drizzle with the lemon juice, garnish with thin tomato and cucumber slices and greens. |
