¾ lb (300 g) canned mackerel fillet
8 anchovy fillets
¼ lb (100 g) hard cheese
1 tomatoes
1 clove garlic
¼ lb (100 g) lettuce
2 onions
4 tbsp vegetable oil
parsley greens
salt
Directions:
Rinse and cut into rings the tomato. Arrange the tomato slices on a serving dish, put over the coarsely cut lettuce, then put the mackerel slices, cheese and finely cut anchovies.

Make the dressing of oil, salt finely chopped onion, garlic and greens.

Dress the salad with the sauce and serve.
