½ lb (200 g) boiled chicken fillet
½ lb (200 g) canned tuna in oil
1 cup boiled rice
¼ lb (100 g) hard cheese
1 orange
4 tbsp fresh green peas
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp tomato sauce
dill greens
ground black ground pepper
salt
Directions:
Dice the tuna and chicken.

Peel, seed and dice the orange. Boil the green peas in salted water, strain off through a colander and chill.

Combine the prepared components with the rice, season, dress with the oil and tomato sauce and toss.

When serving garnish the salad with greens.
