2 appleses
2 tbsp walnuts
2 tbsp oat flakes
2 tbsp sultanas
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp butter
Directions:

Rinse and soak the sultanas for 1 hour, drain and combine with the shredded apples and crashed walnuts. Dress with the sour cream.

Sauté the oat flakes and sprinkle the salad before serving.
