Products Needed:
2 pears 2 appless ½ lb (200 g) apricots ½ lb (200 g) boiled celery root 4 tbsp sour cream 2 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsp cedar nuts

Directions: Peel, core and slice the apples and pears. Rinse the apricots, halve and pit. Peel and dice fine the celery root.
Combine all the ingredients, dress with the sour cream and lemon juice, toss and chill.
Sprinkle with cedars nuts when serving.
