Products Needed:
1 peeled banana 2 oz (50 g) non-fat ham 2 tbsp sultanas 2 tbsp pop corn 2 tbsp thin cream 1 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp lemon zest lettuce

Directions: Plump the sultanas, rinse and chill. Cut the bananas into 1/5 inch (5 mm) rings, combine with the popcorn, thinly sliced ham and sultanas.
Prepare the dressing of cream, lemon juice and zest. Dress the salad and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Garnish with lettuce leaves when serving.
