Products Needed:
strawberries, raspberries, sweet cherry, pitted plums and apricots, 2 oz (50 g) each ¾ lb (300 g) ice-cream ¼ lb (100 g) concentrated fruit kissel 4 tsp coconut

Directions: Make the fruit kissel following the directions on the pack label.
Pour the kissel into individual cups and put an ice cream ball into each cup.
Garnish with sliced fruits, sprinkle with coconut chips and serve right away.
