Wash tomatoes, cut the upper part and remove stems with seeds.
Grate cheese, add chopped garlic, finely cut sweet pepper and olives, dress with mayonnaise and stir. Leave some mayonnaise and grated cheese for topping.
Sprinkle the prepared tomatoes with salt inside and fill with cheese mix. Place the stuffed tomatoes on lettuce leaves on a serving platter and top with grated cheese and mayonnaise.
