2.2 pound (1 kilo) rice
6 1/3 quart (6 liters) water
2 oz (60 gr) salt
Directions:
Yields: 2.2 pound (1 kilo) cooked rice

Sort out and wash the rice, put into boiling water and cook at low heat. When seeds become swollen and soft cast them on a sieve. The cooked rice may be washed in hot water.

Dress the rice with butter and get warm.

It is used for garnishing meat, fish, poultry, and for stuffing.
